Custom Office Masters

For firms managing their own Word masters or for firms needing to better manage their lessons learned, e-SPECS Designer is the application of choice.  Import your Word master files or insert the intelligent database version of MasterSpec, VA, CMS or NMS libraries to customize the content, checklist, and mappings for your firm’s design needs.  Include regional and building type preferences, notes to specifiers, customize keynotes, reportable tags and more.  Owners with custom master sections benefit from the central access of that master as well as distribution of the master directly to their design consultants for project use.

Building Product Manufacturer Library

In conjunction with the e-SPECS Building Product Manufacturer (BPM) Program, all e-SPECS users have access to the BPM basis of design product specification library.  e-SPECS users may insert the section into their project manual or copy/paste the criteria needed into existing sections.  Contact information is included providing more information on BPM products and specification usage.  Through the unique e-SPECS BIM integration, BPMs will want to ensure their product specifications are linked using e-SPECS so when designers and specifiers use the BPM Revit content in a model the corresponding BPM spec section filtered to the actual product and accessories modeled will be automatically included in the project manual for bidding.
